A lot of what I do is based on our work in the adaptive sports industry for decades.  I have worked around for different adaptive sports programs, which helps to broaden my knowledge and experience in the field.

Trevor Hildebrand is the founder and owner of Instilling Development, and he personally has been an instructor and/or trainer at 7 different programs, and trained instructors at numerous others.  He has a unique blend of knowledge and skills from working in the safety and risk management field, adaptive sports field, and has been training adaptive sports since 2005.  His patience and ability to dissect a movement or topic down to something that is digestible for anyone make up perhaps his greatest strengths.
